The first faucet did not work, but I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from Best Choice Products. It was fast, considerate and I got my new faucet in days and it works great!! The faucet does not come with a mixing valve which is needed to install it, and should be noted in the description so it can be ordered at the same time. We found one for around forty dollars at faucet depot. Even with the purchase of the mixing valve this faucet is a great value, compared to the others we saw in other sites, the faucet looks great and my grand kids can reach to wash their hands now.

This product was a little tricky to set up because I had to go to Home Depot to put together my own makeshift mixing valve, which I was able to do for about 10 dollars (Joining the hot and cold lines into a single union). I also installed a plug under the sink so that I wouldn't have to use batteries. It has worked great for me and my children. However my wife complains about it not always turning on for her. (I think she just doesn't put her hand close enough to trip the sensor.) I have had issues in the past with my toddlers not being strong enough to turn on the bathroom sink, or them thinking of the sink as a fun splash center... i.e. second bathtub. These problems have been resolved with this faucet.

This item does not come with a temperature mixing valve, a separate mixing valve must be purchased. It just has a single 1/2" NPT inlet on the shut off valve. My Faucet did not work. It has a defective sensor. I have not yet made an attempt to return it to the seller. So far, the too good to be true price is turning out to be what I feared. It is of good construction and should be durable if it only worked.
