When I ordered my recessed toilet paper holder from Franklin Brass, I elected the option of "order all three items" which consisted of the holder and two clamps. I thought the clamps would have been different styles and one would be the type I could use. After receiving all three items, the two clamps were exactly the same and I was not able to use either one due to wanting to install it onto an outside wall. After looking at the site again, I figured out that I needed the clamp with the spring attached so it can press against the wall and Franklin Brass does not sell the clamp I needed. Getco products does sell the clamp but it does not fit the Franklin Brass product unless you drill new holes into your holder. I called Plumbers Surplus, the company that mailed me one of the clamps, explained my situation to Joell, and was issued a refund for the clamp with no problem. Joell listened with respect and could not have been more sympathetic. I think I will shop with Plumbers Surplus first.
