Best faucet filter I have tried March 16, 2010 JORDY TOIGO (Phoenix, AZ USA) This makes tap water bearable to drink. Very easy to replace. Much better than other brands I have tried.
Great For Awhile February 6, 2010 Stephen M. Ruff (Kingston,NY) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The good: the filter is quite easy to install(although I needed pliers, which the instructions said were not needed). The water quality is really great.
The not-so-good: You must change the cartridge every 2 months. The company claims you simply turn the
old cartridge counterclockwise and install the new replacement cartridge. I tried it,and found that the original
cartridge would not turn at all. Now the unit leaks slightly, and I must buy the entire unit if I am to continue
filtering water with this product.
My bottom line: a new unit every 2 months.
Grants February 3, 2010 Grant J. Guzda (Buffalo, NY) I love my Culligan filter. I am saving a ton of money and also helping the planet by using fewer plastic bottles.
Saves us $10/mo on bottled water February 2, 2010 E. Keech (Riverside County, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We had an old GE faucet filter whose element had long since worn out and we went to buying bottled water. So, we recently tried to buy refills for it and couldn't, but found out that the Culligan FM-15RA refills would fit it. So, we bought five of them.
Now, we are drinking Culligan-filtered water with dinner and refilling our used bottles again. The water tastes better than the originals! We're sold on Culligan refills from now on.
great January 27, 2010 Crankshaft (Lafayette, LA USA) We have water with strong chlorine taste, these filters take that away well. It's easy to install, cheap, and surprisingly high quality!!! We also use them for longer than the recommended 2 months, it still filters it just gets slow.
