I really like this product. I have a personal Pilates instructor and she said it was of very good quality and even better than the one she uses. I was surprised at the work out you get from such a simple product.

I like this Pilates Ring however if you plan to use it very often I feel as though the resistance will give earlier.

I ordered this circle to replace a cheaper version that lasted about a year. This one is much higher quality and I use it about every other day for a condensed pilates workout. Using this circle enabled me to take only the exercises that I need and tailor a workout that targets and tones without wasting time. I am able to use this circle for arms, core muscles, butt, and legs. It is an easy, no-nonsense way to tone the whole body. Great buy!

I got this to diversify my home workouts with a resistance cord. I also want to strengthen my legs. I went online to figure out some poses and it hasn't disappointed. Construction seems good I've had it a few months. It definitely kicked up the intensity of my sessions.
