| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer System is a great add-on to any Bottleless Water Cooler. Installed by manufacturer into any Crystal Quest Floor Bottleless water cooler, or in the back of a countertop water cooler. This Ultraviolet water sterilizer can be installed on any newly purchased Crystal Quest water cooler, or on some existing coolers that were purchased after August 2007. To see if your cooler can use it, open filters door and look for locking clamps on the floor under cartridges. UV Water Sterilizer System is manufactured with axial flow reactors in 304 stainless steel. Both sides have 1/4? MNPT connections. The hard glass germicidal lamps provide an economical way to 99.99%of bacteria, virus and protozoa reduction. UV Capacity: 1 GPM / gallon per minute Lamp Life: 9000 hours (or 1 year)

| Customer Reviews: Convenient, Pease of Mind January 30, 2009 Country Dweller (Big Horn, WY) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
We use well water. I like the convenience of the sterlizer. No harmful chemicals. Change the UV light once a year. We can handle that for our peace of mind in bacterial control and safety of our drinking water.
Best by far! December 31, 2008 Just A Golfer in The Sun 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I recently bought a foreclosure home. There was a reverse osmosis filtration unit under the sink already. Not sure how long the unit was not in operation, I replaced all filters and RO membrane just for sure.
I used to buy filtered water from the RO machine outside Sprout. I compared the process and found two UV sterilizers in the RO coin-operated machine, before and after reverse osmosis step. Why they need two? I can only assume, if one UV light went out, there is a backup.
I decided to add a UV sterlizer to my unit. The first one I bought from Ebay. The glass chamber was broken when I opened the package. I contacted the seller, he asked for photo of the broken merchandise, then sent me a replacement UV lamp a week later. But the problem I have was the glass chamber protecting the UV lamp, not the UV lamp. Finally, the seller agreed to refund the purchase upon my return of the product.
I appreciate the Crystal Quest UV sterlizer a lot more after that experience.
In comparison, Crystal Quest UV sterilizer is very well constructed, carefully packaged. And, I really like the stainless stell casing. So far, the unit is working beautifully.
