These bars are a good heavy weight and should be sufficient support when transfering my handicapped adult daughter. This is also a very good price. I found the same or similar bars at a much higher price.

I have several other large grab bars around the house and thought this would be just perfect - right color , length, style, price etc. It was already installed when I noticed that, unlike my other grab bars this one had the nails used to install it showing, whereas the others had a covering over the nails which made for a much neater appearance. However since it is installed inside my stall shower no one else but me sees it.

GREAT. BE SURE YOU INSTALL THE BARS WHERE YOU WANT THEM. THE STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS BREAK OF IF YOU TRY TO REMOVE THEM.

This is easy to install and helps my elderly mother to enter and exit the bathtub after her recent fall. I rest easier knowing this bar is strong and there for her.

Since Mom (89 yrs young) isn't steady on her feet, we have place these grab bars around the house. It gives her the stability and security she needs.
