I've been using this mirror for ten to fifteen years. Recently, the bulbs went out and I discovered that there's no easy way to replace them, so it seemed worth it to just buy a new mirror. Actually, this one is a little bit better. I think that lighting technology has changed a bit since I last bought it and the lever that changes the lighting is smoother. My last one became very difficult to move and it eventually broke off every time I tried to move it.
All in all, the option to change the lighting is fantastic and it gives off plenty of light to be able to do my makeup in low light situations. I'm hoping it will last another ten to fifteen years, this is well worth the money.

I have been using the same lighted makeup mirror since I was a teen. The mirror was getting distorted and getting black spots plus the lighting was not as bright as it used to be. After putting on my mascara I would need to put on glasses and use a Q tip to get the mascara off of my eyelid. Sometimes only half (1 side) would light so I decided its time to buy a new one. I purchased this one and I just Love it !!! It has a nice bright light and the mirror is also great. I no longer have to use my glasses because I can see when applying my mascara. I definately recomend this product.

Well lets see I bought two of these mirrors one for each daughter 1 of them worked fine and that was for my daughter living with me and the other was for the daughter that lives out of town and hers would not even turn on so i contactacted amazon people as soon as I heard it didn't work and then by the time i got the package from daughter to send back the credit card wanted their money which i thought was wrong because the thing did not work I think they handle it horrible but the amazon company has stood beside me about the problem today is the 17th of feb. and yesterdday I sent the mirror back so I hope you all get it.

I purchased this mirror to replace a 10 yr old Conair. I love this new Jerdon mirror! Great lighting and easy set up. The florescent lighting is great! Would highly reccommend to anyone and at a good price. Shipping was fast too.
